We are looking for an Office Coordinator, this person will be responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with clients, third party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to client Answers phone calls Cultivate relationships of trust and confidence with customers through informative and positive dialogue Assist with basic accounting functions Other duties as assigned Work Environment:
oAbility to work at a desk for prolonged periods of time.

Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read & understand field reports Inputting data efficiently & correctly Gather parts invoices & bill correct jobs Occasionally go through reports Work with techs & other office staff to provide comprehensive bill to customer Answer customer questions about invoices.
Proficient with technology including all Microsoft programs Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment Positive Attitude Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Great customer service and interpersonal skills Friendly, service-oriented personality Keen attention to detail Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, booking keeping, accounting, communication, or related field preferred.
